Linden Hall’s school lunches are based mainly on traditional Japanese cuisine, with a focus on incorporating Japan’s ancient fermented foods such as miso and koji to create meals that are gentle on the body.
The rice is cooked with a blend of white rice, sprouted brown rice, barley, and eight‑grain rice, and the vegetables used are seasonal organic produce.
