In the late 60s a group of Japanese photographers published several magazines of new style photographs. These magazines were titled PROVOKE. Using these artists as a reference students were encouraged to take photos at strange angles, while moving, without looking and pushing the contrast of black and white to the extreme. In other words, just have fun and forget about the rules.


1960年代後半、日本の写真家たちのグループが、新しいスタイルの写真を集めた雑誌をいくつか発行しました。これらの雑誌は「PROVOKE（プロヴォーク）」と名付けられていました。
このアーティストたちを参考にして、児童たちは奇妙な角度から撮ったり、動きながら撮ったり、見ずにシャッターを押したり、白黒のコントラストを極端に強めたりするよう促されました。
つまり、ルールを忘れて、とにかく楽しんで撮影するということです。
