Organic Papa is our regional Organic Farm and freshly picked vegetables are delivered every morning by them to Linden Hall Cafeteria. Organic farming using local timber from periodically thinned forests and fallen leaves, as practiced by our affiliated farms, revitalises nearby forest ecosystems. Organic farming using high quality soil enables the cultivation of nutritious vegetables. The sweet potatoes Linden kids harvested this day will be used at sweet potato party at Linden Farm,

オーガニックパパは、地域にあるオーガニック野菜農園です。毎朝、採れたて野菜が、リンデンホールのカフェテリアに届けられます。この提携農園が実践する、地域の間伐材や落ち葉などを使用する有機農法は、近隣の山林生態系を活性化します。良い土壌で有機農法を行うことで、体に良いオーガニック野菜の栽培が可能になります。この日、児童らが収穫したさつま芋は、リンデンファームで行われる「焼き芋パーティ」で使われます。
